We The Medicine & Sol Circle will once again be collaborating to co create a safe container for you to relax, transform, and empower yourself.
During this 8 days healing & integration retreat you will learn a variety of modern and ancient healing modalities, we will go back to nature, we will remember our divine place of truth, our source, our hearts, our love.
Hidden inside each and every one of us is an eternal light, our true authentic self, we know that when we are in touch with this light, we have the innate ability to heal ourselves and others.
We The Medicine are passionate about teaching the healing arts that help in unlocking your full human potential.
Retreat Schedule:
Jan 3 Tue - Arrival from 11am, Welcome Circle at 2 pm followed by land orientation
Jan 4 Wed - Morning Yoga, Havening Techniques workshop, Afternoon Breathwork & guided meditation, Ceremony
Jan 5 Thu - Group sharing circle after breakfast, Connecting to the elements qigong meditation at the river
Jan 6 Fri -Ecstatic Movement Medicine, Authentic relating , Loving kindness meditation, Ceremony
Jan 7 Sat - EFT Tapping techniques
Jan 8 Sun - morning Kundalini Yoga, Waterfall hike , Transcendental meditation, Ceremony
Jan 9 Mon - Rest, Afternoon Meditation & Group sharing circle, Medicine Song circle around the Fire
Jan 10 Tue - Temazcal, Sound healing journey, Psychedelic integration presentation
Jan 11 Wed - Morning kundalini & hatha yoga, final group sharing, Departure from midday
After this retreat, We the Medicine will be including a full 3 month aftercare integration course where we will have various online group sharing circles.
PRICES:
This price includes accomodation choice, meals, 3 Ayahuasca Ceremonies and the Temazcal.
There is an extra and seperate contribution made towards We the Medicine for their facilitation of all the workshops, yoga and meditation. This suggested contribution is $750-$1000.
