From December 15 to January 3, we invite you , our extended family - old friends, returning guests, volunteers, musicians, and new seekers - to gather for this special anniversary journey.

Story of
SOL Circle
SOL Circle began its journey in Israel in 2006 and then took root in the rainforest of Costa Rica, where the Forest Home began to grow in 2013.
What has unfolded is more than a retreat center. It is a living circle of ceremony, music, prayer, community, service, healing, friendship, and transformation.
As we celebrate twenty years of SOL Circle, we honor everyone who has walked this path with us — guests, volunteers, musicians, teachers, friends, families, and all those who have helped carry the message forward and keep the circle turning

Activity program includes daily morning spoon meditation, yoga and song study circles. Communal showers and composting toilets are a short walk from all cabins

The Living Circle

Through the years, so many hearts have opened within Sound of Light Circles
.
People arrive from all over the world, often as strangers, each carrying their own questions, prayers, gifts, and unique way of walking through life. Yet through community, ceremony, music, nature, and shared presence, a heart connection is woven between us.
In that space, strangers become family. Each person becomes part of the magic, offering something only they can bring, and receiving something deeply personal in return.
Many leave carrying something of the forest within them — awakening, songs, a prayer, a memory, a friendship, a seed of healing — something that continues to grow in small and large ways long after they return home.
Over the coming months, we will be creating a Living Circle Memory Wall here on our website—a growing collection of stories, photographs, songs, and reflections from the Living Circle, the ever-growing community woven through Sound of Light Circles over the past twenty years.
