During this month of June we will truly immerse ourselves into the forest way of life, each day offering an opportunity to awaken, feel, learn and grow. Our journey will begin and end with a purifying sweatlodge. Throughout the month we will participate in eight different ceremonies in an array of style and intention. Accompanying our time of preparation and integration we will nourish our body and spirit with continuous yoga practices, meditations, nourishing diet, nature time, sharing and guidance circles and song study circles.The song study circles will aid us in opening our voices, understanding the deeper intentions of the songs and how to use their power. It is also a great opportunity to learn guitar or to play the songs on any other instruments that you may already be playing.
