About Adrian Freedman

Adrian Freedman is multi-instrumentalist composer from England who studied the shakuhachi — Japanese zen flute — with renowned master Yokoyama Katsuya in Japan.

Upon meeting the Santo Daime tradition for the first time in Japan, he devoted himself to the study of the Santo Daime Doctrine, travellling to Brazil during 9 years and studying with Maurilio Reis of Colonia 5000 and became a Fardado.

Adrian began to receive his Eternal Heart Hymnal. Upon his return to England he helped to established the Santo Daime Church of England as well as the Unified Lineage of the Eternal Heart, his own center.

Adrain Freedman has been conducting ceremonies around the world.

We are very honored to welcome him to Florestral, and host his facilitation for two very special nights in our Forest Temple.

His current work has a foundation in the format of Santo Daime ceremonies but has evolved to a more open format that includes Bhajans from the Bhakti Yoga tradition, Zen meditations and other features. His work with us will focus on his second book of Medicine songs, Lotus Rising , which features many chants and mantras from Oriental spiritual traditions.
